The Baruch Bearcats stretched their winning streak to 10 matches with a sweep of Medgar Evers on Tuesday night in the ARC Arena.
They won the first set, 30-0, by forfeit due to a late arrival by the visitors, and then won the last two sets played by the scores of 30-24, 30-22.
Greg Waldvogel (West Hempstead, N.Y./West Hempstead) led the Bearcats (13-2, 4-0 CUNYAC) with seven kills and 20 assists, while Luke Sikorskky (Lviv, Ukraine/Grover Cleveland) had six kills.
Steve Rouse (New York, N.Y./A.P. Randolph), Daniel Levent (Forest Hills, N.Y./American Studies), William Miranda (Minais-Gerias, Brazil/Long Island City), and Simon Zabrovskiy (St. Petersburg, Russia/Lafayette) all totaled 18 kills.
The Bearcats will next be in action this Thursday with a conference road match at CCNY. First serve is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
